some of my pieces this week at heading to barcelona with the Eleni Marneri gallery and their Current exhibition, as one of the satellites to Joya. Joya runs from October 9-11th.

Exhibition - METALLOphone: Personally

opening tomorrow, october 2nd at 6pm is the second international biennale of contemporary metal  art, METALLOphone: Personally at (AV17)gallery, aušros vartų st.17, vilnius.

50 international artists have been selected, and three of my pieces will be part of the exhibition, including my Jumps Star earrings above.

the invites are out- for the upcoming group exhibition I'm participating in, with Anamma contemporary jewellery school, held at Popeye Loves Olive. opening friday 28th at 7pm, and running until april 12th. opening hours, tuesday to saturday 12:00-20:00

preparing some new pieces, for an upcoming group exhibition, To Enotion, the ancient greek word for earring. these two are almost completed.

beijing international catalogue

look what came in the mail. my copy of the catalogue for the Beijing International Jewellery Art Exhibition. so shiny, so gold. exciting collection of work inside. what fun. there's me.

el.marneri gallery in Athens opened a new exhibition today, Silence. A photography collection accompanied by jewellery from the galleries artists on the same theme. 

exhibition runs until 11-1-2014.

international jewellery biennal, china

a small collection of my work is on exhibition in the just opened 2013 Beijing International Jewellery Art Biennial. The exhibition is being held as part of 2013 Beijing International Design Week, and is the first art jewellery exhibition in China.

the main theme of the exhibition is Jewellery-Identity, and aims to show an exchange of different cultures. it was nice to be able to show the committee my collection, which explores this concept, in my adventures far from my home.

the exhibition is being held at the Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology and runs until October 12th.

some new pieces, coming along.

a trip to the national archaeological museum on the weekend, gathering some new inspiration. new patterns, new shapes, new textures, new materials. an ancient spatula.

made up one of my hexa pieces as a pendant for a customer in 9 carat. it's the first time I've cast one of these in 9ct, very pleased with how the colour has come out. I may have to play some more in 9ct, I see lots of possibilities with the colour.

Two new pieces that I've just dropped off at El.Marneri Galerie in Makriyianni. There are a few other pairs of Basi earrings and a new style Cytta necklace. Head by if you can.
